Head Partner Relations involves all Business Development functions ensuring that the brand is propagated to all relevant clients and vendors. Creating a new relationships through Marketing or Sales initiatives and maintaining the same relationships are key to this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Introduce brand to promoters/CEO/Head-Service of service centers and OEM’s in the region.
To finalize commercials, sign partnership agreement/MOU and widen service network
partners.
Complete online registration of the service network partners and induct them smoothly into the world of our client
Conduct induction and training programs to service centres on a regular basis on interface
usage.
Build strong relationships with network partners and provides appropriate feedback.
Deliver against agreed sales plan to meet business objectives.
Maximize market/ sales potential and develop strong relationships at various levels with
network Partners; ensure delivery services and profitable outcomes.
Submit sales Tracker reports on a timely basis to review funnel.
Act as an ambassador to the company, presenting a commercial proposal to Network
Partners and close profitable business.
Maintain a cordial & healthy relationship with all services centres in the region/ City
Ensure Agreements in Place are signed with all our service Network Partners and Have a
control mechanism in place to check whether the SLA’s & Terms& Conditions are being
followed as mutually agreed.
Negotiate with Workshops; Service Providers & Suppliers based on the volumes on
discounts, Incentives & special benefits/ offers, which can be passed on the users

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or equivalent degree (MBA/PGDM is preferred)
3+ years B2B Sales Experience in Logistics / Transport / Fleet Industry
