We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious leader to spearhead and grow our operations in the Lower Gulf countries!

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in setting company-wide revenue-generating strategy including strategies for managing operations, developing business and increasing profitability
Translate strategies into SMART plans and budgets
Take a leadership role in expanding markets and growing market share in existing markets
Take ownership of both revenue and expenses
Continually learn and assess what is happening in the market from a product, people, pricing, and process perspective
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
المهارات
A track record of managing large sales teams (preferably across multiple geographies)
A track record of building a talent pipeline: Including Hiring, Training, Coaching, and Mentoring Sales Managers and Account managers
10+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Leadership positions
Experience in developing and evolving new systems and processes for sales growth
Experience in budgeting and in reading financial statements
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
