Manage of all phases of projects from concept through design, procurement & construction and commercial.
Conduct the site meetings in relation to project phases and progress stages
Ensure an appropriate supply chain presence on site to improve production.
Manage delivery of the all MEP works of all projects and related technical and commercial aspects
Ensure necessary method statements, quality and safety documentation are developed and approved before start of works. Necessary liaison with Quality and Safety departments.
Manage client relationships from initial project Start through to delivery of the project
Ensure all shop drawings produced and submitted for approval on time.
Manage and coordinate with the projects’ stakeholders including contractors/subcontractors, consultant, regularity authorities and utilities provider for NOC’s & permits.
Manage the delivery of the project to meet time, cost, quality, safety and sustainability targets, ensuring risk is managed and targets are met.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to TURKISH, INDIAN and PAKISTANI candidates
Male, below 45 years old

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management and mechanical engineering or related field of study
Minimum of 15 years of directly related experience in MEP Construction Works
Advanced cost management, total quality management, business systems analysis, commercial and contracts, procurement and communication in projects
With UAE Driving License
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
