Responsible for the financial management, bid and contract management of projects

Ensure appropriate contract price adjustments are identified and agreed with the clients

Risk management and strategies

Cost reporting and cost control

Cash management

Manage effectively the production of Project Value Enhancement Plans

POSITION: MEP Commercial Manager

SALARY: up to 45,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

HIRING COMPANY:  MEP Contracting

WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to Indian, Pakistani, Turkish

Male, 45 years old and below

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 10 years of managerial and technical experience

Strong background in MEP

Member of a Professional Body with Intermediate Level Qualifications as a minimum

With functional knowledge of the following: financial analysis, sales and marketing, contract management, business planning and development and confidentiality agreements

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Fluent in English
