• Facilitate and provide assistance in business case development via targeted workshops to achieve desired business outcomes
• Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.
• Use workshops, brain storming session and other business analysis techniques to gather and elicit business requirements for new initiatives
• Documenting Initial Demand Request, BRS-Business Requirement Specification creating prototypes and other project documents
• Participate in project review meetings to identify changes to business requirements and maintain the same till the project closure.
• Support the business analysis & process improvement activities in multiple projects from direct partners
• Demonstrate ability to manage simultaneous engagements across projects and new opportunities.
• Apply relevant industry experience in one or more of the domains such as logistics, supply chain, ports and customs.
• Use various business analysis tools and other BPM technologies to document business and system requirements and for other project specific activities.
• Work with different project teams to maintain and manage the business scope definition and change control activities.
• Support team members where necessary in adhereing to best practices when engaging in initiatives/projects.
