Job Description and Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support (Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) all Microsoft Exchange / Skype servers
Support (Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) Exchange / Skype services
Support (Identity, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) related to Collaboration Suit service and tooling integration
Provide support and work with 3rd party vendors, subcontractors, and support teams in order to achieve SLAs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
MCSE Messaging
Additional Microsoft Certifications a bonus
ITIL Foundation Certificate v3 a bonus
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS – INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
5+ years of overall experience with Microsoft Exchange/Skype Server support within environments exceeding 4 servers and 250 users/accounts.
Very good troubleshooting skills
Be able to successfully demonstrate proficiency in at least 80% of Technical knowledge requirements and be able to perform at least 80% of Key responsibilities.
Ability to increase proficiency to 90% within 12 months with some guidance from senior team members.
