· Developing and implementing human resources policies

· Strategic directives – Organizational culture, company vision, mission Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements

· Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

· Performance management implementation Motivating and supporting current staff

· Job mapping, job grading

· Manpower planning, forecast and budgeting

· Organizational design

· Maintaining staff records

· Handling employee compensation and benefits

· Employee relations

· HRMMS implementation

· Automation of HR Services

· Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions

· Designing and directing training programs

HR Director Requirements:

· Previous experience in a start-up and developing policies and procedures from scratch

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management

· Min. 10 years relevant experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Highly organized

· Superior interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented

· Excellent problem-solving skill

· Budget management experience

· Strong people skills

· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

· Computer literacy
