We are hiring for a Commission Basis Arabic or Russian Real Estate Agent for our Company to work hand in hand with the group. With or without experience in real estate in Abu Dhabi. Driving License is an advantage but not necessary.
Can handle customers/clients queries related to real estate services (leasing / sales)
Making sure landlords and clients meet half way with the agreement
Ability to work under pressure and knows how to handle difficult clients with a positive and confident manner.
Knows how to communicate properly with the landlord and prospective clients
Keeping up to date with the trends in residential and commercial properties in the market
Collecting required documents and information about the property / units available
Responsible for the leasing of properties, inquiry, handling clients on phone professionally
Arrange and schedule viewing according to the client’s availability
Convince and negotiate with clients in closing deals
Assist clients in moving into their new unit, documentation and other requirements for tenancy
Establish client relationship and acquire referrals
