Supervising and training in-house and other non-household employees on daily schedules and responsibilities
Managing the schedule and shifts for all household employees
Schedule and supervise home maintenance activities
Manage household budget for daily/monthly household expenses as agreed with the employer
Planning, organizing, and coordinating social events for family
Develop professional relationships with external vendors for such events
Entertain visitors and guests at the residence
Coordinate travel plans for the family
Build a strong relationship with the household staff for the smooth functioning of the house
Perform other errands and administrative tasks as instructed by the employer
Ensure that all in-house staff are fully trained to support the medical needs of residents.
المهارات
Needs to have Private Family Experience
8-9 years of home management experience with VIP clients
14-15 years of total experience
Hospitality/Administrative background will be preferred
Experience in the GCC region will be preferred
