Investment Strategies & Policies Manager (UAE National)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, review, implement, and update Commercial and Investment Strategies, Policies, Procedures and methods concerning Advertising, Real-Estate, Outsourcing, and Public Private Partnerships in coordination with the Agencies Commercial & Business Development Sections.
Develop and implement effective communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed on major developments in methods, policies and procedures.
Prepare research and business studies, including study of local and global markets.
Manage and follow up the Department’s Operational Plan
Develop Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategies, Policies & Controls concerning Advertising, Real-Estate, Outsourcing, and Public Private Partnerships.
Develop key performance indicators for the department and other Agencies
Spread awareness about policies and strategies to educate the employees with their areas for improvement to ensure its effective compliance and implementation
Manage and Lead the development of RTA’s comprehensive Investment Master Plan.
Advocate various Commercial Revenue Generating Initiatives.
Advise and resolve key issues related to Commercial and Investment projects.
Participate in Steering Committees managing different Commercial and Investment projects.
Assess the tender phases of commercial and investment projects in addition to evaluating, negotiating and awarding processes.
Monitor the implementation of action plans adhered by the section’s employees.
Develop key performance indicators for the section.
Coordinate and communicate with Investment Offices and Business Development sections across RTA regarding current and future investment trends.
Keep updated records and data base of current and potential Clients working with RTA to develop efficient communication plan with them.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics from a recognized university,
7 years of working experience in similar fields.
Strong awareness in developing Policies and Procedures.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
