*Sequence of assembling “Gas Compressor Unit”
*Assembly of Compressors, Engine/Motors & Cooler with required tolerance levels
*Alignment of couplings with Compressor & Engine shaft using Laser alignment tools
*Troubleshooting of alignment problems like levelling, using right filler gauges etc
*Possess knowledge of different stages of gas compression
*Able to carry out FAT (Factory acceptance test) by Running Engine & Coolers
*Experience to run and operate the Gas compressor unit
*Understand Functions of Compressors (ARIAL & equivalent brands), Engines (Waukesha & equivalent brands) and Coolers
*Understand functions of Piping, Vessels (scrubbers), valves and instruments
*Grouting of compressor base using Choco fast and equivalent products
*Concreting on Skid structure frames
*Dismantling of compression units after FAT
*Shipping preparation and Preservation of various parts / instruments
*Develop process plans and detailed sequence for all above activities
*Develop required tools, tackles, Fixtures for assembly & manufacturing
*Site supports and trouble shooting at sites on Running gas compressor units
