Leading Dubai based E-Commerce Company seeking to employee bilingual (Arabic & English) customer service officer to provide solutions to the customer, coordinating closely with the operations team to meet business objectives.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Polite phone manners and ease in dealing with different
Nationalities.

A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
