Hiring Maintenance Engineer Technician
(For Luxury Residential Property)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Inspect the residential equipment and systems to identify any issues.
Oversee AMPs in place for various functions with suppliers.
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
Plan and schedule repairs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Perform general maintenance tasks.
Help develop and implement the budget for maintenance expenses.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Relevant Experience in maintaining
1. HVAC
2. MEP
3. House Automation Systems
