looking to recruit a Reliabilty Engineer. Reporting to the Performance and Conditioning Monitoring Team Lead you will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliabilty risks that could adversely affect plant of business operations. Orginates and develops analyis methods to determine reliabilty of components, equipment and processes, acquires and analyses data. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations and reports to define relabilty problems and make recommendations for improvements, conducts analysis of reliablity problems and investigates to determine the required reliabilty approach for a particular situation, with consideration given to cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtown repair/replacement costs and availabilty of materials/equipment. Determine cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with operations demands for reliable processes/equipment to avoid failures
The successful candidate must be degree educated in engineering, have a CMRP certification, 10 years minimum experience in performing reliabilty and maintainable analysis, 3 of which must be within the oil and gas sector, be highly developed in the understanding of the Enterprise Asset Management System and experience with RCM
