Project Architect Coordinator

Responsible for ensuring NOC submissions are fully coordinated and integrated for every project on a multidiscipline basis, before being issued for local authority NOC’s.

Coordination with the Local authorities (DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA, ETISLAT & DU) as needed on technical issues relating to submissions.

Should be able to handle submission / approval procedures such as DM, DDA, DIC, DWC, CED, JAFZA, TECOM, DEWA, and RTA.

Make planning for timely submissions and tracking the progress of those submissions.

المهارات
Architectural degree from a recognized and accredited University as well SOE membership.

Minimum 05 years of work experience in Dubai at a local architectural consultant.

Should have hands on skills in AutoCAD.
