We are looking for experienced Real Estate Brokers.

Job Description:

Solicit potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and other related information
Compare properties to determine a competitive market price
Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features
Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller
Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met
NO TARGETS FOR ALL!!

Our commission structure are based on each candidate starting from 40% up to 80% with or without supporting salary.
Medical insurance and other benefits as per UAE Law
We will provide marketing tools, advertisement, client inquiries and listings.
Own/Spouse visa will be preferred.
Company Sim, Mobile and Laptop
Company car and driver for viewings and business meetings.

المهارات
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE
Organized, motivated, ambitious, resourceful, and honest.
Staying up to date with the Estate market rules and regulations
Should have a positive attitude at all times
