الوصف الوظيفي •Business development •Manage marketing of department •Industry awareness and increase knowledge of KPMG sustainability practice and brand •Client facing - engagement management •Budget management of the department •Team development - performance management المهارات •15+ years of experience within related disciplines •7+ years of Sustainability advisory and verification experience •English speaking however (Arabic / English preferred) •Facilitate the development of a regional Sustainability Services strategic vision and KPI’s Specific experience in: •Strategy / Framework development and Implementation (with specific focus on Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility) •Gap analysis and benchmarking •Stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments •Policy and operating procedure development •Training and competency development •Impact Reporting •Integrated Reporting, GRI Standards Reporting Guidelines •Familiarity with ISAE 3000 and the SA8000 standard •Significant experience and track record of public speaking at both major & large-scale events and conferences with exposure to media to promote service line offerings, capabilities and credentials •Experience in developing, growing, leading, and inspiring strong teams with a relationship building management style Experience in: •Knowledge and understanding of ISO Standards, certification and compliance - specific to ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 / ISO 26000 •Ensure that the team reacts and responds to the goals in its day-to-day function •Excellent written and oral business communication skills •Excellent facilitation skills •Demonstrated experience with consensus and relationship building •Experience and track record in public speaking and media to promote activities •Proven track record in project management •Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sustainability assurance and advisory projects •Proven track record in business development •Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients •Evidence of client networking success •Oversee the delivery of projects on time, to meet quality and budgetary targets, while striving to exceed client expectations •Postgraduate degree or equivalent with extensive related education in this field.
