Your Role: You will be responsible to develop profitable new business and grow the existing base by selecting coaching and training the territory sales team. Market visits, distributor management, and customer interaction/negotiation to enable you to strengthen brands under you while exceeding those of the competition. Basically, all the exposure you need to form a solid foundation for your FMCG career. Support Salesman in growing accounts, by implementing full line distribution, execution standards, and market credit policies.
المهارات
Must-Have: Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 5 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
You must come with a strong background of active participation in extracurricular activities/interesting internships/event management etc. Your drive, keenness to learn, innovate, and make a difference, introduce fresh perspective would give you the edge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and completely open to working in any part of Oman. Young, ambitious, energetic, curious, open-minded, active, self-motivated, sales-oriented would be the key attributes we will look out for.
