Responsible for solely managing the Retail HR activities inclusive of staff motivation, staff engagement, set and lead performance appraisal, define training plan and execution, reviews and adapt SOP’s, controlling annual leaves, respect of internal P&P;.
He is also incharge of external company management (security, cleaning, ETC.
He is building needed indicators to support the Branch Managers, Area Managers and Operation Director.
He is ensuring the best in store organization and staff schedule.
He/ She will travel to every store to ensue the similar standards are maintained across all branches. He is directly reporting to the Operation Director and functionally to the Head of H.R.
Previous experience as HR Manager in Hypermarket Store is a must.

Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
Good knowledge of labor law
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
