Update and maintain processes and procedures and deliver training where new processes/new regulations come into effect
When needed support the Governance manager in implementing process changes working alongside the global sales excellence and global change teams.
Maintain reports on regulatory performance
Act as the subject matter expert for any general enquiries with regards to regulatory impacts on operations and sales
Work closely with colleagues/stake holders and implement recommendations to improve the customer experience through training and development.
Keep fully informed of the introduction of new products, policies, promotions, procedures and systems
Work with the Training manager and regional peers to co-ordinate Service training to give consistency in service for our customers globally
