Hiring Customer Service Specialist - Arabic Speaker for a leading luxury retail brand based in Dubai.
You will be building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel, conduct product experience reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of customer service/ client relationship experience with a luxury retail brand / high-end eCommerce business with a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
