CRM & Marketing Manager

Urgently hiring! We are looking for CRM & Marketing Manager for a global Sterilization company.
The ideal candidate must have Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the company and the brand.
Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.
Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.
Expected to possess the following skills:
In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates and marketing programmers.
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
Knowledge and experience of Sales Systems (i.e. Delphi; Salesforce, etc.) is advantageous.
