الوصف الوظيفي · Should have minimum two years of sales experience in similar field. · Primary focus should be on sale of Cleaning Services (Mainly Water Tank cleaning) to customers within UAE. · Responsible for finding new client / customers and to maintain relationship with current customers. · Should totally focus on getting contract from corporate and non-corporate customers and to increase the business by making various sales targets and estimating sales targets. · Should be able to carry out a survey to figure out the current trends in the industry such as the prices of the service and the demand for it etc. · Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss service would meet their requirements. · Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to subscribe to any service which company is offering. · Should be able to provide a concise description of services to the customers and drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. · Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both. · Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients. المهارات .
