We are currently hiring for a client, which is the market leader in Commercial Real Estate Services
Role: Commercial Valuation Manager
Job Location: Dubai
Responsibility
Education
 Bachelor’s Degree
 MRICS or AssocRICS
 Implement commercial valuations strategy and improve valuation processes and procedures in line with RICS guidelines, company objectives, and client needs.
 Maintain a high quality of work in accordance with RICS Red Book and Valuation Guidelines.
 Ensure workloads are managed, deadlines, delivery of service, duties, and priorities of staff
 Develop, review and implement viable fee structures to ensure profitability.
 Review and sign off client reports to ensure quality control.
 Ensure correct document management in conjunction with the Department
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial valuations / conducting market appraisals.
 Conduct business development activities and liaise with clients to gain new business and retain existing clients.
 Coordinate with Accounts to ensure all financial transactions are completed in a timely manner.

 Advance knowledge of the RICS Code of Conduct
 Advanced knowledge of valuation methodology
 Knowledge of key principles of international accounting standards related to valuation of financial instruments
 Strong numeric and analytical skills with extensive excel experience
 Exceptional communication and managerial skills, along with a passion to help people move.
 Excellent ability to build internal relationships at all levels of the business.
 MS Office skills
 Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team.
 Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high performing team.
 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial valuations / conducting market appraisals.
 Experience leading a team.
