Leasing Officer – ONLY UK / European Nationals
Responsible for all leasing activities, developing quarter leasing plans, screening new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants.
Follow-up with all prospective clients to assess/re-assess their needs and requirements.
Achieving the leasing targets set by the Management and maximizing income in line with the business plan of the company.
Develop comprehensive marketing materials, promotional emails, rental offers, online marketing and flyers to advertise all available properties
Completing all lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
Preparing EJARI and other documentation works for the leased properties
Preferred area of leasing specialization:
Residential: Al Wasl, Jumeira, Satwa and Bur Dubai
Commercial: Umm Ramool, Gharoud
5 to 8 proven years of experience in leasing, Residential Units;
Real estate marketing experience is a Must
Should have knowledge of the DLD, RERA rules and Ejari Procedures
Must have a valid UAE Driving license.
