Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations

Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order

POSITION: Factory Manager

SALARY:  up to to 15,000 AED monthly gross depending on qualifications and experience

HIRING COMPANY:  Fit Out Joinery & Interior

LOCATION:  DIP, Dubai, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to Indian nationals

Male, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management or any related field

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in Fit Out Joinery & Interior company

With experience in wood works

Strong management and leadership skills

Effective communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
