Overseas and manage the over all performance of the area.
Ensure the high rates of conversation of viewing to negotiation to closing deals.
Negotiate & conduct viewing in the absence of building manager
Supervising the Marketing team in clients acquitition via the street , security, connection etc.
Supervise the Outdoor sales team in coordination property viewing, negotiations and closing deals.
Supervise the acquisition and management.
Develop and maintain connections network in real easate to obtain property listings for Hi sandy
Implement and follow all management directive company.
المهارات
Strong skills required in managemnet & Leading a team .
Candidate should be fluent in chinese and english.
