Assist in scheduling meetings C. Prepares regular reports as per management requirements D. Assist in managing tickets to meet helpdesk service level agreement E. Assist project team in planning and implementation of special projects F. Assist in preparing technical and functional documentations G. Respond to client requests in timely and accurate manner H. Follow up on IT purchase requisitions from initiation until closure I.
