We are hiring for Accountant Accounts Payable
Working Hours: From Saturday to Thursday / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Descriptions:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Recording all Suppliers invoices in the system on time and keep payable updated in the system
Complete quarterly VAT working by recording all data including Customer invoices and Supplier
Tax invoices in to the excel VAT working sheet for further review
Maintaining proper filing and follow up with other departments for any missing documents for example custom clearance documents against each invoice issued and received for VAT filing purpose and keep historical records
Daily banking activities including deposit and withdrawal of Cash from different banks and money exchange etc.
All other Ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Software: QuickBooks 3 years’ experience
With U.A.E Driving License
