A leading Company in Dubai is looking to hire a General Manager/ Retail Head.
You must have 20+ years of progressive retail experience with a minimum of 10 years in the furniture industry.
Hands-on experience in the field of buying, sourcing, product development, strategic planning, and people management.
Must possess a track record of increasing and sustaining sales growth and profitability even in challenging market conditions.
To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximizes the retail net profit by driving sales and controlling costs at each level; to build motivated and high performing teams through the effective leadership and line management to staff. An ideal candidate will oversee retail & Warehouse operations including expense management, policies and procedures, operations and communication support to the supervisors and Managers.
Excellent management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
