الوصف الوظيفي A Marketing Manager for our Fragrances Consumer Products Marketing team for the exciting Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets, and to be based in our Dubai office - Your future position? Givaudan’s Consumer Products (CP) teams are present in every region of the world. Years of experience have resulted in an innate knowledge of consumer preferences depending on the segment and geographical location. Our CP teams work together to create the success that Givaudan thrives on and brings together a variety of skills - creation and evaluation, consumer market research, marketing, sampling, sales, Client relations, and QC, and we have a selection of key competencies present in each region. We are currently looking to expand our small, friendly, and fabulous Fragrances Consumer Products Marketing team in the region, and hiring for a ‘Marketing Manager’ to focus mainly on our four key Fragrances Consumer Product segments - Personal Care, Home & Air Care, Fabric Care, and Oral Care, for nearly 12 markets in the MENA region extending from Morocco till Pakistan. Based in our Dubai Media City office and reporting into the Fragrances Consumer Products Marketing Director for South Asia, Middle East and Africa, you will provide industry-leading marketing expertise to support our commercial goals. You will also focus on analysing the market and consumer intelligence while creating and delivering impactful Client presentations combined with trend identification and concept ideation. It could well be your perfect opportunity if you have a passion for the world of fragrances, love staying ahead of the curve, and always aim to exceed customer needs, In this exciting role, you will manage: Market Intelligence: • Keep track of the market and country macro trends in the region within the focus categories Consumer Analysis: • Work with the Consumer Market Insights team to understand consumer behaviours and ideate to identify new products’ ideas supporting the sales goals. Fragrance knowledge: • Write descriptions of fragrance launches for Clients and visuals collaborating with the creative team for synergies with olfactive recommendations. Client support: • Present compelling presentations, tailoring Givaudan’s graphic guidelines to specific needs of the Client. • Develop effective relationships with Clients. Creative vision: • Forecast the future of the market and translating it into business opportunities. PR and corporate communication: • Plan and organise events like Client fragrance launches, immersive experiences for the Client, and company programmes. المهارات Are you someone who wants to shape your world?
