Electrician

· Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.

· Read technical diagrams and blueprints.

· Perform general electrical maintenance.

· Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other technical components

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing device.

· Repair & replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.

· Follow National Electrical code state and local building regulations.

· Good knowledge of heating & air conditioning systems.

· Good knowledge of various test equipment.

· Assess electrical plans and specifications to be able to understand the layout and the appropriate materials for electrical work.

· Undertake all electrical and electronics installation as well as maintenance tasks.

· Conduct repairs, performance verification testing, acceptance testing etc.

· Assist in connecting, disconnecting or changing electrical routing as well as wiring.

· Perform similar tasks as may be required from time to time.

Plumber

· Installation and repair of the pipes, fittings, and other apparatus of water supply, sanitation, or heating systems.

· To attend to all the complaints related with plumbing or other systems assigned by the Department Shift In-charge

· To troubleshoot and repair plumbing system / appliances

· To carry out preventative maintenance to all appliance and equipment.

· To be responsible for all tools and equipment.

· Knows how to read drawings.

· Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.

· Assembles fittings and valves for installation.

· Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.

· Uses saws and pipe cutters as necessary.

· Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.

· Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair

· Follows health and safety standards.
