الوصف الوظيفي Role Summary The Operations & Account management executive is responsible for providing day to day support to the management as well as managing key clients along with the Business Development Director. Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting to: Senior Manager - Operations & IT, in the UAE Key responsibilities: · Collecting, analyzing & communicating student feedback, practice test results and attendance report to management & client · Sending course related notifications to students & clients via emails and SMS · Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied · Build relationships with key employees among customers · Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate · Update the records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software · Manage course logistics (Feedback forms, attendance, certificates management etc.) and prepare reports using project management tools and techniques. · Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs · Collaborate with finance and account managers to ensure contract execution · Lead project execution across client and teams. Plan delivery of contracted business activities for assigned projects. Venue Management & Logistics · Coordinate with Hotels or Client office to ensure readiness and preparation of training venues & managing overall course logistics. · Booking reservations for travel including air tickets, hotel etc. for faculty and BDM’s المهارات · Bachelor’s degree · Project Management Professional (PMI) - Preferred · Minimum two years’ work experience in operations role. · Candidate is required to speak, read, and write in English and Arabic fluently Competencies · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Ability to work on their own and manage their deadlines · A customer-oriented attitude. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus. · Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication & negotiation skills · Consistently looks for ways to help support the different divisions of the firm · Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM & feedback/report management platforms.
