EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Target-driven, Business-savvy and self-motivated leader
• Team leadership skills and able to effectively coach subordinates
• Good written and verbal communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage and monitor all operational processes for the Clinic
• Manage clinical services in such a way that promotes referred business and ensures sustainable growth and development
• Set and implement clinic operational policies and procedures
• Will have full P&L;accountability and achievement of sales and growth targets
