At least 3-5 years of experience working in the management position in Telecom Industry Huawei, developing, implementing, revolution technologies and management practices.
•Main responsibilities on E2E planning and management of financial and operational performance.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to make necessary status reports.
•Highly effective Program/Project Management skill sets.
•Working knowledge of telecommunication Industry this includes DAS,IBS,TI,RAN,MW,Out Door and rollouts, 2G,3G,LTE,5G,U900,L800,LT,LTCA,3CC.
•Knowledge of MW new installation, dismantling, ODU Swap, ODU Installation/Replacement,
•Knowledge of IBS new installation, dismantling, Replacement.
•Effective leadership of cross-functional, matrix, and multi-location teams.
•Leading projects via effective Change Management tools and methodology.
•Strong organizational and planning skills.
