We are urgently hiring an HR Business Partner from Manufacturing / Construction industry, who can meet the following:
Required 7-10 years total experience in HR with recent 4 years as HRBP with any leading organization in UAE
Strong experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
Hands on experience in Performance Management with successful track record of setting up, measuring and evaluating performance indicators for all the departments in manufacturing industry, preferably from food manufacturing.
Report writing skills for submission of various HR dashboard reports for the Management
Excellent presentation skills for providing training to various employees from blue collar workers to the Head of departments for various HR topics
Assist Group Head of HR in talent acquisition functions, compensation and benefits and organizational development functions for the Group.
Those who can start immediately preferred.
