Hiring Financial Analyst
We are looking out for a person to join in our financial analyst team. This would be a senior role leading a team. CFA/ Level 2 needed.

Develops short and long-term financial models, strategic plan projections and budget outlooks
Drafting feasibility studies for business expansion and new businesses including valuation analysis.
Preparation of investment documentation (investment proposals, presentations, information memorandum, pre-qualification memorandum, term-sheets, etc.)
Undertakes Company valuations for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;).
Participates in the completion of due diligence reviews in connection with potential investments, and prepares relevant materials (presentations, financials analysis, etc.).
Monitors and evaluates the performance of existing investments.
Perform special projects on an as-needed basis.
Uses complex financial models to project future earnings and profit potentials and uses this data to form decisions and proposals.
