Reports to the CEO/OWNER
Creates strategic plans to help boost efficiency and profits.
Recruits new employees and interacts with existing clientele.
Coordinates the efforts of various company departments, including finance, legal, marketing, and sales.
Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
Develops and executes business strategies for achieving long and short-term goals.
Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
Reports to the board with market insights, as well as strategic advice.
Improves cost-efficiency through the development and implementation of business plans.
Maintains trust-based and positive relationships with authorities, business partners, and shareholders.
Oversees the company’s financial performance, business operations, ventures, and investments.
Assesses, manages, and resolves problematic situations and developments.
Builds and enhances the company’s public profile at speaking engagements, meetings etc. if necessary.
Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
المهارات
Male Candidate Preferred
BS/BA degree in relevant field required
Exemplary work experience as a project engineer, factory director or similar role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager/Director,Project Engineer, Project Manager,
Has background of NPK Plant or any related to Cement & Fertilizer Manufacturing Company is required.
Can simultaneously work on both of our factories namely Cement & NPK Plant as a Director
Ages between 30 and above
Willing to be relocated in RAK
Significant working knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity and ability to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
Aptitude for working collaboratively with multiple disciplines within teams and projects
Proven success in the areas of project management and supervision
Current certifications in applicable skills a plus.
Can develop employee talents and delegate responsibilities.
