We are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to carry out all admin duties as required by company’s managing director.
Ensuring continuous review and analysis of processes and procedures to identify and implement operational improvements.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Recommending objectives, developing short and long term plans and programs to support company goals and budgets
Experience of 3 years in a customer service position or front office supervisory position or reservation. Should be having a bachelor’s degree in any academic field. Good communication and listening skills.
