Job Description
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Company marketing Activities, both external and internal. Participates in the development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing, coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization, develops knowledge of customers, understanding of competitors, and an awareness of the effects of market dynamics within the market sub-segments of small weapons.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or closely related discipline
• At least 5+ years’ experience of sales and marketing in a defense setting.
• Two years leadership experience in a manufacturing sales work environment
• Experience in Product development & client relation
