Daily inspections to ensure proper cleaning and following accommodation rules and regulations.
- Handle the maintenance complaints if any, coordinating with the maintenance contractors to repair maintenance issue to maintain accommodations condition.
- Receiving& dispatching newly hired in temporary accommodation, accommodate them.
- Checking apartment’s assets, do periodically inventory.
- Applying company policy for all issues related to accommodations.
- Regularly update the accommodation plan& occupancy and rooms inventory.
- Report incidents in accommodation immediately to the line manager
- Coordinate with outsourced cleaning& pest control companies whenever needed to maintain the hygiene standards.
- Communicating with the employees living in accommodation with any new instructions or guidelines.
- Checking the accommodation needs and staff requirements (bedding, assets, furniture, … etc.)
- Prepare and maintain up to date employees’ lists living in flats to get accurate file on the system.
- Handle employee’s welfare and concerns related to rooms and privacy
- Controlling expenses and consumption according to budgeted.
- Communicating with OPS team for day to day business requests.
