A company based in Dubai is looking for a pro-active and experienced Logistics Coordinator.
Should be able to handle duties as:
Dubai Customs Representative
Strong knowledge of E-Mirsal 2. Hands-on experience working with Dubai Customs Authority.
Arranging Shipment finalizing export documentation. Getting price from shipping line and freight forwarder.
• Confirming EXPORT documentation.
• Assisting with Accounts for GDN /GRN.
• Receiving of new units arrange bringing inside FZ.
• Completing FZ inspection of import units
• Attestation of documents, follow-up with clearing and cargo agents. Collecting B/L. Arrange courier for customers with original documents.
• Preparing commercial invoice and packing list for export units. Preparing request letters.
• Inventory of physical units.
• Preparing documents for Exit/ Entry paper for the export vehicles.
• Releasing vehicles, arranging transport.
• Follow-up claim/Registering claim.
• Document submission and collection of VCC.
• Following vehicle exit paper from the clearing agent.
