We are actively searching for a Sous Chef to join our team in Dubai-UAE.
The major requirements
Excellent food products development background (with minimum 3 years’ experience as NPD or RND Chef in food manufacturing).
Very good knowledge of Sous Vide cooking technique.
Very good knowledge of recipe build from scratch.
Ability to work under pressure without break time.
Very good communication skills in English, both in speaking and writing.
HACCP, ISO, BRC awareness certified (preferable).
Team player and fast learner.
Has UAE Driving License
