The development, performance and maintenance of the tender process activities of the organisation to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the Company.
.Perform vendors’ evaluation by classifying their financial and technical proposal responses.
.The preparation of contracts with Senior Managements, where required, using Procedures and Standard Contract templates.
.Overseeing the progress of all bid work streams, chasing as necessary to ensure that bid deadlines are met.
.Maintain overall team responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. UAE Laws and Best Practice Guidelines.
.Establishing strong relationships with all members of the project teams, including external partners where relevant.
.Capability to own and drive major bid engagements, closing deals. costing and contract experience.
.Establish and maintain good business connections with high profile prospects including such as government entities.
Skills & Requirements:
.Minimum Five (5) years of Telecom Industry experience in the same role.
.Demonstrable experience in managing and winning bids and tenders.
.Strong Communication skills (both written & verbal) and professional networking.
.He/She must be excellent in Preparation of Business proposals, Presentations, negotiations, Business development.
.Strong Business acumen and well developed negotiation skills.
