1. Issue & weigh raw materials according to the Product Quality Plan.
2. Charging the raw materials to the Blenders.
3. Start & Operate the blenders.
4. Monitor equipment and Observe production for safe & efficient operation.
5. Once mixing is complete, collect samples for testing . If not okay, corrective action to be taken as per Production Manager’s instruction. If okay, proceed for discharging procedure.
6. Stop Blender, discharge the finished products, weigh & pack according to specified pack sizes, labeling and palletizing of drums.
7. Transfer the finished products to CME Warehouse.
8. Return Product Quality Plan to Production Manager.
9. Cleaning and washing of Blenders and production area.
10. Safe handling of chemicals and maintaining production machineries.
11. Delegating work & safety instructions to personnel working under him.
12. Arrangement of raw materials in the warehouse.
13. Inventory of raw materials.
