Hiring Sales and Operations Manager
Minimum 5 years in Sales position with a cleaning products/services company, or maintenance company.
This is a vital role in the company which includes managing sales and daily operations. Duties will include but not be limited to the following.
Expand sales pipeline to achieve the set revenue target.
Developing a professional relationship with customers and identifying sale opportunities to grow the business.
Independently managing the sales and operations and taking decisions for enhancing staff productivity and sales revenue
Assisting with any tasks or special projects given by the management
Manage third party delivery service providers.
Interviewing, hiring, and training new staff.
Increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
