Level 2 support to all infrastructure and systems
Creating and developing a comprehensive plan for operating system, including all supporting documents and procedures for emergency recovery.
Provide adequate monitoring and central operating for operating systems.
Plan and implement for DR
Develop and implement standard operating procedure SOPS.
