• Oversee and manage the production.
• Assist production supervisor development & control all operational work instructions & procedures.
Operational
• Follow the safety & Quality norms of company.
• Assist supervisor in overall monitoring of daily production schedule of Dairy, Juices, Ice-cream and UHT.
• Recipe & ingredient knowledge.
• Have capability to calculate ingredient based on batch size.
• Know operation of Mixing, CIP & UHT Processing plant operation.
• Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials.
• To keep close watch on physical stock of products & Follow FIFO methodology
• Online product quality check.
• To look after general cleanliness of the plant, machine, & equipment.
• Meet production KPI [Increase Yield, Reduce wastage, Increase productivity]
• To monitor production staff hygiene.
• Coordination with Warehouse, Maintenance & allied department.
• Ensure that all filling machine are running to their maximum capacity.
• Making report for production loss with justified reason
• Making report for FG wastage [UHT, Dairy& Ice cream] with justified reason.
• Utilization of product recovery.
• To take prompt action in case of any machine breakdowns
• To keep an eye on the yard, ensure that raw materials & finished products are not exposed to sunlight unnecessarily
• Ensure preventive maintenance is undertaken on a regular basis to avoid stoppage of work.
