• Knowledge of machine operation & Safety
• Help & Operate different machine as per requirement in UHT, Ice cream, Tea factory & Dairy section. Once Probation period complete.
• Carried out CIP operation as per procedure.
• To take prompt action in case of any machine breakdowns
• Mount proper tooling, observe the machines in operation and make adjustments to control the rate of production.
• Minor repairs or performing minor machine maintenance, such as oiling and cleaning.
• Online product quality check.
• Able to fill on line parameter of machine, Filling & Packing log sheet
• Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials packing material & finished goods.
• To keep close watch on physical stock of products & Follow FIFO methodology
• To look after general cleanliness of the plant, machine, & equipment.
