A leading tensile and steel Fabrication company is seeking to hire the following position:
Estimator cum Draftsman for Tensile Fabric Company.
Duties and Responsibilities
• To coordinate with Sales and Design Departments regarding project inquiries.
• Provide takeoff on Quantities based on preliminary drawings received from projects and estimate the cost.
• Coordinate with Building Contracting Division for its projects involving Tensile Fabric and Steel Structures during Tender, Estimation, and Execution Phases and optimize the project’s Cost, Time and Resources.
• Interact with Design and Cost Consultants for developing Value Engineering Proposals.
• Attend site meetings with clients and survey sites for optimal design solutions.
• Meeting clients to discuss their requirements and ideas.
• Preparing CAD and 3D Shop drawings for steel Tensile Fabric concepts.
